These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://elevolifegroup.com and related services of Elevo Life Group LLC, including our SMS/text messaging program. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The agency

Elevo Life Group LLC is a licensed insurance agency. Owners are Robert Morelli and Stephen Fingal. We offer information and conversations about final expense, mortgage protection, indexed universal life (IULs), and annuities. Starting a conversation by chat, phone, or email is a request for a conversation. It is not an application for insurance and does not bind coverage.

SMS program

Elevo Life Group LLC operates a text messaging program. After you opt in through our website chat or messaging widget, we may send:

Non-marketing messages: appointment reminders, service and account messages, and replies to your inquiries.
Marketing messages, only if you separately agree: promotional messages, offers, and updates from Elevo Life Group LLC at the phone number you provided.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact Elevo Life Group LLC at (954) 658-3699 or [email protected]. After a STOP request we will send a one-time confirmation and then stop SMS to that number, except messages the law still requires.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any insurance product or service. A mobile number is optional unless you want text messages. SMS is sent only to a number you provide and only for the message types you agree to receive.

Our handling of mobile information and consent is described in the Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties except aggregators and text-messaging providers.

Website use

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or submit false information. Information on the site is educational and may not fit your situation. Licensed products vary by state.

No professional advice on the public pages

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Elevo Life Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or from delayed or undelivered texts. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these Terms. The current version will be posted at https://elevolifegroup.com/terms with a revised effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
